By commissioning me you are to agree to these terms.

The commissioner is above 18 years of age.
The commissioned artwork may not be used for AI training and/or NFT, any reselling or re-licensing without the artist’s consent.
The artist has the right to display the commissioned artwork including preliminary materials and work in progress images, in their portfolio, on their respective platforms (Twitter/X, Bluesky, Furaffinity, Ko-fi), and to be submitted elsewhere.
The commissioner has full freedom in personal use of the commissioned artwork. Wherever printed or shared through online domains, please ensure that Egilhai is properly credited for the artwork.
Prices and fees advertised on Notion, Twitter/X or other online domains should be seen as base prices. Variables in the commissioner’s brief will adjust the fees according but not limited to subject complexity, time restrictions.
Larger and/or commercial work beyond the threshold of the available options may be discussed prior to the commission.
The artist reserves the right to decline the commission for any reason before payment.
The artist has the right to cancel the commission at any time and refund the commissioner fair and accordingly, to the artist’s discretion. </aside>

Commissioning Process

Send me a Direct Message through my Twitter/X (@EgilEgregious) or my Discord account (@egil.art), stating your wish to commission me and what your request is. I will let you know whether a slot is available for you.
Payment is received upfront through Ko-fi. I will request payment upon starting your commission; please avoid sending payment before I’ve gotten to you unless agreed upon beforehand.

Art Preferences

Hello! Here are some notes that may help you find what you want in your commission.

As this would be my first attempt at opening my commissions to the public, I may have not made up my mind about certain topics and subjects, alongside how my working routine would end up; if there is anything you’d like to ask me draw but is uncertain about, please let me know!

My art will largely be on the painterly and sketchy style, unless otherwise requested I will assume this is what you’d be asking for when commissioning.
I encourage you to communicate your ideas in sufficient detail and in reference images to ensure the best result.
It is completely free to ask for WIP images and sketch changes before I declare the artwork complete.

I am receptive to draw any art ideas, despite mostly having experience in anthro characters.

I enjoy drawing historical themes, uniforms and the like; however when requesting, avoid on-the-nose references to actual figures and events.
I draw clothing and outfits well (with provided references).
I may simplify patterns, armors and firearms for the ease of drawing, but I will do my best to stay true to the reference material.
Other interests of note: Cool worldbuilding and artstyle (Disco Elysium, Half Life, Highfleet), Characters from Equestria at War mod, wistful/serious/classy looking characters, masked/uniformed female characters, vintage illustrations and covers, casual and artistic nudity.

If at any point does your commission references the following:

Triple-A/Popular game franchises and titles (Halo, New Vegas, Warhammer 40K, etc.)
Pokemon and Anime.
Online memes and references.
Oddly popular characters (Hornet, SCP-1471, Toriel, etc.)
Warhammer 40K.

I won’t be able to make sense of unless provided with some elaboration, as I may admittedly not be as knowledgeable as you may assume me to be.
